MOST COMMON REASONS FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO DOWNLOAD:
In order to try to make the delivery as smooth as possible we have set up automatic delivery system. After the purchase the system will redirect to download page that contains the download link. In addition the system automatically sends an email containing the download link to the email address used during the checkout.
Unfortunately due to the automated process some Browsers or Browser Settings do not redirect to the download page. And some sensitive Email clients like AOL, Verizon or Hotmail send the emails to spam folder or block them completely.
Please make sure to check your email ( primary PayPal email address / you used while purchasing ) including junk and bulk folder for download link, or send us alternative email address.
After clicking on download link small pop up window will open (make sure You temporarily disable pop up blocker as this might interfere) on the small window select Save to Disk, Click OK, now select location where You want it to be stored make sure You remember where You save it). After You saved the package to Your PC You will need to unzip the folder (If You have no unzip tool You can get free fully functional trial here . Unzip the file to desired location on Your PC. Please refer to help file with the folder for detailed description and installation.

I AM GETTING A SOFTWARE ERROR WHEN I USE THE APPLICATION:
We try to make the software as flawless as possible and compatible with as many as possible different user settings and operating systems , unfortunately there are still small number of users who might encounter some errors.
If You are seeing Station load but don't play or receive OLE error massage while trying to install and watch some channels we are aware of that problem and it is out mostly out of our control. For most part it is a bad communication between the player and the servers or the servers are being used by to many people at the same time and are temporary slowed down. Also some channels might just take little longer to load. We are currently trying to avoid or replace these servers and fix these issue.
Specific TV-PC Channel availability may change from time to time.
If you receive Class not Registered error massage this usually means you are missing Real Player, installing free version from real.com will take care of that.
I CAN NOT HEAR SOUND WHEN PLAYING:
sound try go to "Volume Control" in Windows by right clicking speaker icon on right bottom corner of desktop or if it is not there than
Start / all prog / accessories / entertainment / volume control /
and increase the volume under "Wave"
also make sure the volume bar within the application is not lowered
WHAT ARE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

Recommended: 64MB RAM, 233mhz CPU or better and 5MB for Install Disk Space

start the application , and click "Links" from top menu and select "Update Stations"
