This Agreement is a legal and binding contract between you and EZ TV networks and applies to your use of EZ TV networks Services. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 Days' prior notice of Substantial Change by posting notice on the “Policy Updates” page of our website. We last modified this Agreement on April 24, 2007 . By purchasing and using EZ TV networks products and/or services you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in a legal and binding matter.

User / Buyer acknowledges that Software may only be used on computer systems where the User has the EXPLICIT AUTHORIZATION of the computer owner, and only in areas where it is legal to use.

In order to purchase our products you understand and verify that You must be 18 years or older.

By continuing this purchase you agree that you will not attempt to alter, reverse engineer, or circumvent copy protection in any portion of the Software or its documentation.

You also understand that every and any attempt to do so will be reported to us.You also agree that you are aware that any attempt to circumvent the Software's copy protection or demo limitations, or to use "pirated" or "cracked" versions of the Software, is in violation of US and international copyright laws and we will pursue the law to the fullest.

Software, websites,logos and all images contained on the software,streams and websites are copyright of their respective stations and owners. You do not have the right do sell, use or alter any part of the software or images.

EZ-TV (The Company) provides the Software and other services "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall EZ-TV, its creators, employees or contractors be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, unsecured transactions, interruption of business, or for indirect special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, even if EZ-TV has been advised of the possibility of such damages arising from any defect or error in the documentation, or software.

By purchasing our product/s, You agree to release and hold harmless EZ-TV, their directors, members, employees, advertisers, and other persons and organizations directly working with sites promoting EZ-TV and other software / services and / or products from any and all loss, damages or costs which might result from my participation in the EZ-TV sites, events, and programs.

EZ-TV does not generate, maintain or licence any products or third party websites listed on this website. We can not be liable for issues that arise from download, participation or use of these products and we are not responsible or liable for their content or quality nor can we provide support for this products. We encourage you to determine whether this product or your intended use is legal. We do not encourage or condone the use of any software or service in violation of applicable laws.

Chargebacks
All unsubstantiated and/or fraudulent chargeback requests will be prosecuted and collected to the furthest extent of the law under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Including $175 investigation fee, original transaction amount, recovery fee of $50 any legal fees, attorney fees and additional fees and charges inquired by EZ TV networks its Parent, or its subsidiaries as a result of this chargeback claim.

Credit Bureau
We reserve the right to forward this information might be reported to Credit Bureau.

Visitor Tracking / Safety Measures
You understand that due to safety measures and fraud detection we record IP's, PC Location, Internet Service Provider, Downloads and Uses of the Service, illegal distribution attempts, and other information deemed necessarily at our discretion and we will be forced to use this information to protect EZ TV networks, its subsidiaries, trademarks, copyrights, employees, directors, advertisers and all and any persons and organizations working with EZ TV networks.

Suspending Service
We shall be entitled to suspend or terminate your access to any part of the service at any time should we suspect illegal redistribution attempt, abuse of service or other action we find improper. EZ TV networks will investigate the incident and communicate with you. Investigation might take up to 30 days and we reserve the right to block access to purchased product/service for period of investigation. If investigation shows illegal redistribution attempt, abuse of service or other action we find improper we will permanently disable access / use of the product / service and no refunds will be issued... All users are asked to agree to abide by our terms and conditions agreement at the time of ordering.

Disputes
1 Contact EZ TV networks First. If a dispute arises between you and EZ TV networks, our goal is to learn about and address your concerns and, if we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Disputes between you and EZ TV networks regarding our Services may be reported to Customer Service online through the Help Center .

2 Alternative Dispute Resolution.
If you are unable to resolve your issue by working directly with us, EZ TV networks will consider reasonable requests to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or binding arbitration as alternatives to litigation. Accordingly, you and EZ TV networks agree to resolve any claim in accordance with this Agreement, or as otherwise agree to in writing.

3 Arbitration.
For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) where the total amount of the award sought is less than $10,000.00 USD, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. If a party elects arbitration, that party will initiate such arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The ADR provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/or be solely based on written submissions, the specific manner shall be chosen by the party initiating the arbitration; b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

4 Law and Forum for Disputes.
Except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in section above, you agree that any claim or dispute you may have against EZ TV networks must be resolved by a court located in Santa Clara County , California . You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Santa Clara County , California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California , without regard to conflict of law provisions.

5 Improperly Filed Litigation.
All claims you bring against EZ TV networks must be resolved in accordance with section above of this Agreement. All claims filed or brought contrary to section above shall be considered improperly filed a breach of this Agreement. Should you file a claim contrary to section above EZ TV networks may recover attorneys' fees and costs (including in-house attorneys and paralegals) up to $10,000.00 USD, provided that EZ TV networks l has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.

6 No Waiver.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

7 Limitations of Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR PARENT, EMPLOYEES OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEB SITE, OUR SERVICE, OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR PARENT, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF DIRECT DAMAGES.

8 No Warranty.
EZ TV networks, OUR PARENT, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE OUR SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. EZ TV networks, OUR PARENT, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EZ TV networks does not have any control over the products or services that are paid for with our Service and EZ TV networks cannot ensure that a buyer or a provider you are dealing with will actually complete the transaction. EZ TV networks does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Service, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimers may not apply to you. This paragraph gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

9 Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold EZ TV networks, its parent, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement and/or your use of the Services.

Due to the nature of this item there are no refunds are offered except, for best value guarantee and at own discretion of EZ TV Networks,within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund you need to contact Support team Via email and request a refund form. Refund form has to be filled out in full including competitions website, product and price,signed and faxed back to fax number located on the refund form. EZ TV reserves the right to deny any refund requests at it's sole discretion. Completion of Refund might take up to 8 weeks.

All video streams, trademarks, logos, and service marks that are displayed on this site are the registered and unregistered marks of their respective owners. Specific TV-PC Channel availability may change from time to time.

The package provides Software and streaming links to other web sites, maintained by third parties, for your convenience, and is not associated in anyway with these third parties and does not provide content. EZ TV does not modify copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, upload, post, broadcast and rewrite information found on the third party web sites or streams played. EZ TV has no ownership or control of *ANY* copyrighted AND/OR trademarked materials found on the third party web sites, streams or services. All trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property ownership are owned and controlled exclusively by the third party web sites,stations,streams and their respective owners. Your access to these third party materials is governed by the terms and conditions and other rights management information of the third party which may be found in their web sites. Furthermore, no inference or assumption should be made and no representation may be implied that either EZ TV, its parent company or subsidiary companies or their affiliates, edit, operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third party web sites.

We do not sell, rent or share you information with third parties ,unless required by law or asked by you. We do not use your information for any marketing purposes other than support communication.

Complete Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between you and EZ TV networks with respect to the Service. Including any other terms which by their nature should survive, will survive the termination of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced
