Apr 23, 2009 - It's a cow. They were designed that way. Cows wouldn't make it long in the wild. They'd go extinct more than likely.
heartborne Says:
Apr 23, 2009 - Unfortunately you are right, that is all true but, It's still no excuse for exploitation.

Aug 27, 2009 - Oh, never mind rjs1n, that's just another one of our "not-so-bright" voters that elected the even less smarter previous president, twice! I guess that's where they get the saying, Stupid is as Stupid does.

Oct 11, 2009 - They probably get turned into dog food when they get to old to produce milk. By that time they would be to tough to be good for humans to eat (meat cattle are slaughtered right at adult hood.) and these are not meat grade animals to begin with. We never eat them but Rover probably does.
StarCreme Says:
Dec 12, 2009 - and then we eat Rover! The CIIIIIIIIRCLE of LIIIIIIEEEIIIFE!!!
critterfreek82 Says:
Dec 23, 2009 - Having grown up in a rural area, I can attest that cattle are quite a bit more intelligent than we often give them credit for. I've seen them use their hooves to break up pumpkins into more managable pieces before eating them. They recognize people who they've seen before, and can even be trained-for example, to run in a circle or carry a rider like a horse.
