Mar 7, 2010 - Thank you for this video. Citizens must arm themselves with as much knowledge as possible. Don't forget that you can always deny searches and seizures as well to no negative consequence.

Mar 7, 2010 - I thought this video & part 2 are fantastic, i cant even remember what i was originally looking for on youtube when i found these!
gryphon202 Says:
Mar 7, 2010 - It's still worth noting that if the police didn't think you were guilty of a crime (right or wrong), you probably wouldn't be interrogated by them in the first place.
Pafoofnik1 Says:
Mar 8, 2010 - @gryphon202: "...you probably wouldn't be interrogated by them in the first place."The fact that you said "probably" instead of "always" is the reason for the information in this video.
buyerofsorts Says:
Mar 8, 2010 - Yeah you have a point and I thought the same thing but I think the chances of cops actually making up stories is very slim. And its still best to take the guy in the videos advice.
buyerofsorts Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - As I said, you do have a point.
buyerofsorts Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - But you tried to walk out the door that was "blocked" by police? Why would you do that?
buyerofsorts Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - Another very important thing that we need to do with cops is kiss their ass, be polite and very friendly. We need to play their own game. Get THEM to like YOU. Not the other way around.
bluesparrowfish Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - yeah like coerce citizens to talk by giving the me diuretics and denying them the use of the bath room, this is police interagation 101.... let me guess those Abu Grade guards were good people too.
bluesparrowfish Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - you think that they are sooo high and mighty hat politics might never enter the equation.? that nobody has ever been charged with something that police nknew was bogus? if you think so you might be delusional.
shankmaster Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - see but your talking about a small number of incidents that gained media attention, most police interrogations do not go that way. The media doesn't cover stories where the police did a normal interrogation because that would not be an interesting story.
killCOPSusaSUCKS Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - prohibition on cannabis is unconstitutional which is why we kill cops kill cops kill judges kill correction officers kill any govt worker in the usa cops will do what ever it takes (lie cheat us brutality0 in order to get someone to admit to a crime (even if they didnt commit it)they will make up false evidence against you in attempts to get a confession against you just kill cops support terrorism against the united states
ijatala Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - no one has the right to take another's life no matter the circumstances, sorry killCOPSusaSUCKS, but that is just plain wrong. Why kill anyone when you can just learn and exercise your rights as a human being, a sovereign being, a citizen of earth, a child of god? Please make use of your short existance and learn something useful.
xmasterfunk Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - @killCOPSusaSUCKS dude you are probably from usa and you are probably a teenager, just grow up man
buyerofsorts Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - Don't you think hate is a strong word? I don't think cops hate us but they do get away with waaaaayyy too much and people need to know their rights for sure.
Nuttzonyerchin Says:
Mar 10, 2010 - ur an idiot
bluesparrowfish Says:
Mar 10, 2010 - i was reading a law enforcement blog where they were disusing the lawful use of lethal force, one officer said the even if an armed man is running away, the gun barrel will point near his direction every other stride and thus justifying shooting someone in the back. to me i got the impression that this individual was bloodthirsty and more dangerous than the people that they are supposed to protect us from.
buyerofsorts Says:
Mar 10, 2010 - Yeah, its a scary thing dealing with cops for sure. The public better wake up .I think being a cop is a thankless job by the way and you couldn't pay me enough to become a cop for a whole multitude of reasons. They sure do have their "ways" of justifying every fucking thing there is sometimes though.
RHOlsonJr Says:
Mar 10, 2010 - Great Video. As a LIcensed Private Investigator, I have worked for criminal defense attorney's, tasked with interviewing pertinent witnesses related to the given case. Of the many witnesses I have interviewed, There is one segment of witnesses I'd like to hear from but NVER EVER DO...Cops! And they treat you like a schmuck for asking! LOL Yet, its just another "day at work" when the cop is exerting pressure or employing various tricks to loosen the tongue of whomever is in their crosshairs..LOL
Typheran Says:
Mar 10, 2010 - Well as a Cop I think I know better then you. I grew up poor. A lot of my old friends are druggies. I know what I'm talking about. Take away the people that smoke pot on this thread and there would be me and two other people.
mobiusthought Says:
Mar 11, 2010 - @Typheran-How is having friends with addiction problems supposed to make your opinion more trustworthy, exactly? *I* think as a cop, you're the enemy of the American people. Why don't the cars say "to protect and to serve" anymore? We know why, don't we? That's not your job. Why are so many agencies engaging in paramilitary training?Take away the people that smoke pot and .. well, that's America. But people that smoke pot are still people; working folks, doctors, lawyers, yes, even cops..

MrMadstrangler Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - @Typheran well said but it is falling on deaf ears here in the crazy farm. most of the folks in here will listen to this idiotic advice and wonder why they get arrested. just like you said as i have before don't break the law. simple concept but hard for the smokers to follow.
