Antiks72 Says:

Aug 25, 2010 - @jpsartrean What if they're a non-violent drug offender? Fuck the cops

Pafoofnik1 Says:

Aug 25, 2010 - @jpsartrean: ...just as soon as they consult with their lawyer.

jpsartrean Says:

Aug 25, 2010 - @Antiks72 I wrote THREAT to society - whether nonviolent drug "offenders" meet that description is another issue entirely...

Antiks72 Says:

Aug 25, 2010 - @jpsartrean Exactly. So what do you consider a threat to society? You think these fucking political moralists think drug use is bad, is wrong? What about your average conservative cocksucking cop? My guess is yes, they'll lock you up for it and ruin your life. Thus, fuck them.

megacarteidge Says:

Aug 26, 2010 - this guy is a big time windbag! but he does have some good advice

jpsartrean Says:

Aug 26, 2010 - @Antiks72 Threats to society: rape, murder, domestic violence, mayhem, vandalism, business/political corruption -fraud, embezzlement, graft, extortion, religious extremism advocating/employing violence, burglary, armed robbery (not larceny), grand theft auto, and - of course - smokin' the reefer. (kiddding obviously). Detroit is actually trying to legalize possession of up to 1 oz. - and rightfully so... But it also is a city with real problems, some cops who AREN'T bad, and who need HELP.

Antiks72 Says:

Aug 26, 2010 - @jpsartrean Some cops aren't bad, but unfortunately you and I don't know who those cops are. Cops have a fraternity and lie people into the prison all the time.

PvtPile1988 Says:

Aug 26, 2010 - typical left wing democrat lawyer telling people how to get away with wrongdoing. If you dont want to get in trouble, dont break the law. How about that?

Pafoofnik1 Says:

Aug 26, 2010 - @PvtPile1988:That works just as long as all police follow the law all of the time. But some don't.

daw162 Says:

Aug 27, 2010 - @PvtPile1988 that's an overly simplistic view. Your job when you're innocent is to make sure you don't get falsely prosecuted for something. The guy you're talking to is trying to trip you into admitting something *he* thinks you did. Even if something as simple as misunderstanding you or your intentions creeps up, at the minimum, you're risking saying something where you get do and do not or did and did not backwards, or that he remembers it backwards. It's better to just avoid it.

FaithIsAccidental Says:

Aug 28, 2010 - @PvtPile1988 Noob.

JacobMcandles Says:

Aug 28, 2010 - If I ever get arrested for anything, I'm asking this guy to represent me. LOL

Yeahcoolwhatever Says:

Aug 29, 2010 - @SpamSpammity fuck you

starlightangel20 Says:

Aug 30, 2010 - @PvtPile1988 Hey moron, did you notice that this is an instructor at Regent University, which is an institution by it's own charter was founded on CONSERVATIVE teachings and staff? Pretty sad when people say that simply invoking what you are due by the Constitution is somehow "typical left wing". Hope you never have to learn the lessons of this video the hard way.

windigo77 Says:

Aug 30, 2010 - So I didn't talk to a police officer, and the officer lied and said that I admitted to something that I didn't do. Then the prosecutor claimed it was illogical for me to have kept my silence, so I must have admitted guilt. What BS. Cops lie and are scum.

abraxasaron Says:

Aug 31, 2010 - @PvtPile1988 You moron. There are so many laws on the books you yourself have probably broken several this week without knowing it. How about that?

crocetti46 Says:

Aug 31, 2010 - fuck abusive pigs!

rackers Says:

Sep 1, 2010 - i really like this video, i just wish he didn't have 3 cups of coffee beforehand.

daizee106 Says:

Sep 1, 2010 - @PvtPile1988 You are a fucking idiot. When this happens to you, it will be too late to grow a brain

MedicalCannabisSpain Says:

Sep 1, 2010 - If 25% of folks that undrwent dna testing and were proven innocent it makes perfect sense that 25% of all people locked up are innocent. Add that to the 25% locked up for nothing, i.e smoking a joint, then its seriously fooked up man

grimriper2u Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - Accused, the cops telephoned me to come in for a talk. I called an atty and was told to say my name and that I was not guilty if they came to my home, further, that he would call them about the interview. Record telephone calls my atty told me to do also. Accuser called, on tape, and admitted she made story up. My atty, hearing the tape, was surprised saying, "You really are innocent!"

neoilluminatus Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - @MedicalCannabisSpain Watch that part again. The statistic is that 25% of people who were proven innocent through DNA testing plead guilty. Not 25% of all people locked up being innocent. That weed really does fuck up your short-term memory, huh? ;)

MedicalCannabisSpain Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - @neoilluminatus ahh maybe I did mishear it :-) I thought it implied that 25% of people that had actually had the privilege of a dna test were found innocent.

vsp239 Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - I'll go with the 75% over the 25% 100% of the time!!

kalamalahala Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - Is there any place I can get this on a DVD? I want to give this and the Flex Your Rights DVD to some of my friends :)
